In agreement with the established by the State of Law of Protection for Personal Character data 15/99, on the 13th of December, we inform that the gathered personal data will be kept in a file of data whose responsible will be the Real Club Nautico de Palma, and that have as a final purpose the Control and Management of registrations and results for the different regattas organized by the RCNP. The holder of the data authorizes that their personal data and images produced during the event can be communicated to the judges and mass media, and be used by the club for the promotion of the different regattas. It also authorizes the Real Club Náutico de Palma to the shipment of information relative to the different events related to the activities that the Club carries out.

The holders of the data may put forth their rights of access, rectification, opposition and cancellation, complimenting the forms created for such effect and sending them to the race office of the Real Club Nautico de Palma, located in Plaza San Pedro, nº 1 - 07012 of Palma de Mallorca.

We also inform that the data of the present form considered obligatory with respect to the purpose established for the file, are indicated by means of an asterisk and will have to be complimented.
